Today is a very important day not only for the inhabitants of Września but also of the entire Wielkopolska Province – said during the opining of WSEZ office Andżelika Możdżanowska, a Senator and a Minister in the prime minister’s office. To more quickly and efficiently answer to the needs of the investors Wałbrzych Sepcial Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” decided to open a next agency office.
In Wielkopolskie Province there are plots in Jarocin, Kalisz, Kościan, Krotoszyn, Leszno, Rawicz, Śrem and Września that are incorporated into the territory of Wałbrzych’s zone. In the last one the Września’s Economic Activity Zone was established where the biggest investment of the last decade in Europe is being created – the factory of Volkswagen Crafter cars. Around the factory that is being build WSEZ has about 250 acres (100 ha) of investment lads. In total in Wielkopolskie Province Wałbrzych’s zone has over 370 acres (150 ha) of land.
The external office will definitely increase our accessibility. Monthly we have between ten and twenty meetings with entrepreneurs interested in investing in Wielkopolska and Wałbrzych if over 250 km away from Września – explains Barbara Kaśnikowska, the President of WSEZ “INVEST-PARK”.
– Each decision brings consequences. To have proper work effects there needs to be great dedication of human potential. We can be proud looking at the ranking where WSEZ was placed in the fourth position in Europe and twenty second in the World among 600 investment zones. As a person that comes from Wielkopolska Province I always said that Poland begins here, in our thrift, rationality and commitment to work – said during the opening a Senator and a Minister Andżelika Możdżanowska.
The office in Września is situated on Chopina Street 8. It is the fourth agency office of Wałbrzych’s zone. Besides the main headquarters in Wałbrzych, “INVEST-PARK” also runs offices in Kłodzko, Wrocław and Opole.
