Last year, the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” constructed four production floors: in Wałbrzych, Nowa Ruda, Kłodzko, and Bolesławiec. All the facilities have already been sold or leased out.
“INVEST-PARK” is now planning to erect another two facilities: in Dzierżoniów (with a floor area of 5000 m2) and Września (10 000 m2, complete with parking lots and a vehicle maneuver area). Modern technological and environmentally-friendly solutions will be used at each of the facilities.
Entrepreneurs who locate their investment projects in these production halls, as well as within any other area covered by the Wałbrzych zone, are eligible for tax exemptions. In Lower Silesia and Wielkopolskie Province they amount to between 25% and 45% of capital expenditure or labour costs in the first two years (25% in case of large enterprises, 35% – medium-sized ones, and 45% – small and micro companies). In Opolskie Province and Lubuskie Province they amount to between 35% and 55% of capital expenditure or labour costs in the first two years (35% in case of large enterprises, 45% – medium-sized ones, and 55% – small and micro companies)
